Here’s some of my work.

Snaptrends

I had the privilege of working on a great team at Snaptrends, guiding interface design, and user experience as we built the best location-based social insight and analysis tool available.

Mirth & Co.

Once upon a time I started a company with my friend. We made notebooks for humans. Letterpressed, made with 100% recycled paper, and hand-sewn here in Austin, Texas.

Fox Icons

I find that in most situations a custom solution far surpasses an acquired one, and icons are no exception. I’ve created this icon set over many years and add to it as I go based on the needs of my projects.

Various Lettering

I found my passion for type and letters early on in my education. This is a collection of personal and commissioned lettering projects I’ve had the pleasure of working on over the years.

Bypass Mobile

Point of Sale and Inventory management for the likes of sports stadiums and music venues comes with a lot of complexity. I worked with Bypass to improve all aspects of their apps, from interface and workflows to deployment and customization.

Eastertide Devotional

Sometimes a project comes along that makes you think, “Maybe I should actually be doing this for a living.” Book design is this for me.

Various Illustrations

It all started with pencil drawing in sixth grade art class and only grew when I made my first digital illustrations in college. Here’s a collection of some of my favorite illustrations from various projects.

Ban Landmines

Did you know that landmines still kill or injure people all the time? At best, most people are only vaguely aware. So I created this poster series to draw some attention to the subject.

It Seems Like Something is Missing

Artists are often misunderstood and sometimes well-meaning observers say ridiculous things. This is a tongue-in-cheek book about some of those misconceptions.

X Marks the Spot

A little book based on a rhyme for friends or loved ones. This was made originally in support of our daughter’s adoption.

One Bite at a Time

An ebook for me and you, because we’re definitely making life too complicated. My friend, Tsh, has some good advice at hand and I was honored to help her get this out into the world.
